Who we are
The BoldLine Group is the trading name of Tom Frazer, a sole trader. If you have a question about your data, or a request about it, write to privacy@theboldlinegroup.com.
What we collect when you write to us
If you use the form on our contact page, we collect your name, your email address and what you tell us about what's prompting you to get in touch. If you choose to, you also give your company's name and rough size.
We use these details only to reply to you and to prepare for a first conversation. We don't add you to a mailing list. Nothing you type into the form is placed in the page address.
How your message reaches us
The form is sent to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes your message in its European Union region, only to deliver it, under data processing terms we have accepted.
When you book a time
Bookings are handled by Cal.com on our behalf. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, your email address, the time you choose and anything you add to the booking. Cal.com is a US company and processes this data in the United States. We have accepted Cal.com's data processing terms, and its own privacy policy explains how it handles your information.
Cal.com says it uses no third-party advertising cookies. Any cookies its booking page sets are for things like security and remembering preferences.
Counting visits, without cookies
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. For each page view it records the page, the site you came from, your approximate location, and your device, operating system and browser. It does not identify you.
Visits are recognised by a code created from the incoming request, not stored on your device, and that is discarded after 24 hours. We see totals, not individuals.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. As with any website, the servers that deliver these pages process technical details such as your IP address so they can send the pages to you.
How long we keep your details
If an enquiry, whether written or booked, doesn't lead to us working together, we keep it for 12 months and then delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Write to privacy@theboldlinegroup.com.
If you're unhappy with how we have handled your details, please tell us first. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
If you are taking part in a Health Check
This website does not collect Health Check answers. They are handled separately, on the platform the Health Check runs on, under the arrangements for that Health Check.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of the page.
